Who they are

SPUMA is an innovative startup in the international hospitality industry whose mission is to shake a stagnant and dull sector.

Spuma is food, fun and fashion. Their business is in creating emotions and memories, with classic Italian panache, in a cocktail of styles, from The Grand Tour to modern chic.

They design, organize and implement private and corporate events to make them memorable experiences. No matter the occasion – from weddings to special dinners, from brand’s launches to business conventions – everything they do is flexibly tailored around their clients needs, to which they add the SPUMA’s magic touch.

They are the founders of the Como Lake’s fine dining restaurant “Una Finestra sul Lago” and quirky “Onda” in Cernobbio. Their vast clientele love who they are, how they live and feel they are in their home. They choose the best ingredients, served with the highest standards and lots of creativity. SPUMA is taking this magical formula into the world of events, hospitality, and intimate gatherings.

What we did

Albachiara is advising the startup’s founders on their business model, go-to-market and strategic marketing strategy. Following a proprietary management process, we took the company through a full revision of the business idea and vision.



Through our brainstorming sessions, competitive analysis and core competence assessment, we helped Spuma’s management team:

  • identify the project’s Mission and Unique Selling Proposition
  • set SMART business objectives
  • develop a business plan, including the commercial and marketing strategy
  • implement a go-to-market detailed plan


The founders also asked Albachiara Content Creation team to devise the naming and branding of the startup. We therefore defined the brand’s positioning and implemented its soft and hard launch, including website and the whole creative digital campaign. SPUMA – Fashion Made Tasty was hence born.




Following the October 2021 launch, we are now supporting the startup’s business growth through a thorough sales and marketing strategy focused on prioritising market segments and geographical reach. We are still producing all static and dynamic content for the brand to strengthen its equity.


Spuma has managed to become very quickly a respected player in the wedding, corporate and private events businesses and, to our satisfaction, it is growing fast and healthy. In 2023 it also managed to be one of the official caterers of the “Wedding of the Century” in Paris and worked for International brands like Milan Football Club and Hugo Boss.
